Bruce Willis! I love this man so hard I could almost date him if I find him.

Despite his many achievements in Hollywood, The Return of Bruno must still haunt Bruce Willis to some degree. Though the soundtrack performed admirably at first (with the single “Respect Yourself” hitting No. 5 on the Top 100), it failed to have the legs hype predicted. Follow-up singles “Young Blood” and “Under The Board Walk” didn’t even make it into the Top 50. Now, the album is mostly regarded in pop-culture terms as a novelty byproduct of Moonlighting‘s popularity. Shortly thereafter Die Hard turned Willis into an action hero household name and the actor distanced himself from the music industry.

There are those of us who probably didn't know Bruce has a good sense of humour. You only need to watch Moonlighting ( television series that aired on ABC from March 3, 1985, to May 14, 1989).

The network aired a total of 66 episodes (67 in syndication as the pilot is split into two episodes). Starring Bruce Willis and Cybill Shepherd as private detectives, the show was a mixture of drama, comedy, and romance, and was considered to be one of the first successful and influential examples of comedy-drama, or "dramedy", emerging as a distinct television genre. I vividly remember watching a few episodes.
